Terms and Conditions - Referrals

The Hopr Referrals Program gives Hopr's users the chance to earn rewards by referring new users to the platform.

General Terms

  • Hopr reserves the right to review and verify all referrals, rides, and participation activity at any time

  • Any misuse, abuse, manipulation, or activity inconsistent with the fair intent of the campaign may lead to disqualification

  • Hopr may withhold eligibility or rewards in cases where activity is found to be irregular or inconsistent with campaign intent

  • Hopr reserves the right to modify, extend, pause, withdraw, or terminate the campaign or its terms at any time without prior notice

  • In the event of any dispute, Hopr's decision shall be final and binding

  • Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

How to participate

Follow these four steps to qualify for the referral rewards:

  1. Share your unique Hopr referral code or link (available inside the app) with new users

  2. Each referred user must sign up on Hopr using your referral code or link

  3. Each referred user must complete a minimum of 4 successful rides

  4. You will automatically recieve the referral reward once the referee has completed the required rides

What counts as a Successful Ride?

A ride is considered successful only when it is completed end-to-end on the Hopr platform. Cancelled, failed, incomplete, duplicate, not started, or suspicious rides will not be counted towards the campaign.

For hosts, it is mandatory to start the ride on Hopr, pass through all Hop-In and Hop-Off points, and end the ride only after reaching the designated destination.

Eligibility Criteria

All of the following conditions must be met:

  1. Referrer (You)

    1. Must hold a verified Hopr account

    2. Must share referrals using your unique referral code or link available inside the Hopr app

    3. You can refer to as many people as you wish

    4. Multiple entries using duplicate accounts, devices, or identities will not be considered.


  2. Referred Users (Your Friends)

    1. Must be new users - i.e., they must not have an existing Hopr account at the time of sign-up

    2. Must sign up on Hopr using the referrer's unique referral code or link

    3. Each referred user must complete a minimum of 4 successful rides

Ride Exclusions

  1. The following rides may not be considered eligible for referral rewards:

    1. Rides that are not started on Hopr

    2. Rides that do not pass through all designated Hop-In and Hop-Off points

    3. Rides that are not marked as completed

  2. Rides completed on Saturdays and Sundays will not count towards the referral rewards for any participant

  3. Rides completed between 12AM - 6AM may not be considered eligible

  4. Users taking more than 2 rides in a single day may not be considered eligible under the referral program

  5. Rides that are cancelled, incomplete, duplicate, repetitive, not started or flagged as suspicious will not be counted
